Patient Access Problems July 2018
We are sorry to hear that patients are still experiencing problems with the Patient Access service. We have been inundated with queries into the practice and have helped people where we can. However, we ask that you kindly note that this service is not managed or run by Kington Medical Practice, and we are limited on what we can do to help with the issues that are affecting GP practices and patients all over the country.
We have found a FAQ sheet which does seem to help with some of the more common queries, and this can be read here. Alternatively, there is more information on the Patient Access website which may be of help. https://support.patientaccess.com/
Failing that, and the apparent lack of a phone number to call Patient Access, this link takes you to a ‘query form’ to send your questions and problems by email direct to Patient Access.
We hope the above information is of some help to you all.
